We will also confront your role in your relationships, and work to take accountability for areas you can improve in the relationships as well. You will learn communication skills as well as healthy boundaries. We’ll discuss skills to help you follow through on your boundaries and to help with any other emotions that accompany difficult relationships. While we cannot control others’ actions, we can choose how we respond to any situation that comes our way.
