online Therapy for women in colorado

Meet me at the table, and let’s begin.

Are you tired of the constant thoughts running through your head?

It never ends. Thoughts of daily responsibilities, relationship stressors, navigating life transitions, body image insecurities and food, and general anxieties. Maybe you feel okay for the most part, but you have a loved one who struggles with a mental illness and you need someone to talk to about the rollercoaster you experience. You have some people in your life you can talk to sometimes, but that only gives temporary relief.

I can help you learn skills to ease the swirling thoughts, navigate relationship stressors, challenge negative thinking patterns, and assist you to make decisions to help you feel more balanced all around.

Hi, I’m Nicole.

I’m here to walk alongside you through your daily struggles.

I want you to know that I get it. As a person who is wired more on the anxious side, I’ve found tools that have helped me as well as my clients to make life feel better.

I’ve had personal and professional experience navigating a relationship with individuals who suffer from a mental illness, so I know that loved ones of that individual are suffering as well. Relationships are foundational to the human experience, so I’m passionate about supporting you to learn boundaries and communication to have healthy relationships.

Throughout my time as a therapist, I’ve found that just having an unbiased, outside person for you to talk to can be helpful in itself.

Why “The Table?”

In the Bible, the table is where people gather to be present with one another. We read about hard conversations, times to simply be in relation with one another, and I’m sure there was a fair amount of laughter, too. The table is filled with abundance, and those who participate leave fulfilled.

I’d like for us to both pull up a seat at the table and discuss how to help you feel better.

While I have not attended a Christian counseling program, my faith informs all that I do. And so, even if religion never comes up in our sessions, I am always thinking of how I can be Jesus’s hands and feet for you.

I follow your lead when it comes to how much you would like to integrate faith into our sessions together.
